化学复合镀制备高活性节能NiCo2O4电极

摘 要: 在贱金属铁基表面化学镀NiCoP, 然后通过化学复合镀制得NiCoPAl2O3底层, 复合镀层用NaOH溶液浸出,可制得新型NiCoP微孔活性中间层。在中间层上再涂覆匹配性较好的NiCo2O4表面活性层, 该表面活性层由一定浓度配比的Ni(NO3)2和Co(NO3)2通过高温热解而成。 X射线衍射结果表明表面活性层是由NiCo2O4组成,不存在NiO和Co3O4的独立相。这种新型表面活性层用于碱性水电解时具有析氧催化活性高, 稳定性好等特点。

Preparation of NiCo2O4 electrode by composite electroless

Abstract:Electroless plating NiCoP and composite electroless plating NiCoPAl2O3 subsequently on Fe substrate were presented.After NiCoPAl2O3 coatings immersed in 5 mol/L NaOH solution, a new microhole and active coating was formed. Deposition of the active NiCo2O4 coating on surface of NiCoP coating was formed after heat treatment in 2.0 mol/L Ni(NO3)2CO(NO3)2 mixing solutions at high temperature. Composition of the surface coating (NiCo2O4) was verified by Xray diffraction analysis, which showed that no NiO and Co3O4 existed. The new DSA for alkaline water electrolysis has higher catalytic activity and longer lifetime.
