摘 要: 在贱金属铁基表面化学镀NiCoP, 然后通过化学复合镀制得NiCoPAl2O3底层, 复合镀层用NaOH溶液浸出,可制得新型NiCoP微孔活性中间层。在中间层上再涂覆匹配性较好的NiCo2O4表面活性层, 该表面活性层由一定浓度配比的Ni(NO3)2和Co(NO3)2通过高温热解而成。 X射线衍射结果表明表面活性层是由NiCo2O4组成,不存在NiO和Co3O4的独立相。这种新型表面活性层用于碱性水电解时具有析氧催化活性高, 稳定性好等特点。

Abstract:Electroless plating NiCoP and composite electroless plating NiCoPAl2O3 subsequently on Fe substrate were presented.After NiCoPAl2O3 coatings immersed in 5 mol/L NaOH solution, a new microhole and active coating was formed. Deposition of the active NiCo2O4 coating on surface of NiCoP coating was formed after heat treatment in 2.0 mol/L Ni(NO3)2CO(NO3)2 mixing solutions at high temperature. Composition of the surface coating (NiCo2O4) was verified by Xray diffraction analysis, which showed that no NiO and Co3O4 existed. The new DSA for alkaline water electrolysis has higher catalytic activity and longer lifetime.
