摘 要: 采用料浆法渗Zn、 溶胶-凝胶法沉积SiO2制备Zn-SiO2复合涂层。 采用EDS、 SEM、 XRD等方法分析了涂渗层的成分、 结构与组织, 采用增量法研究了渗Zn试样和Zn-SiO2复合涂层试样的抗高温氧化性能。结果表明, Zn-SiO2复合涂层将渗Zn层的抗氧化性能提高了3倍以上。

Abstract:Zn-SiO2 composite coating was prepared by sherardizing with slurry and depositing SiO2 by sol-gel method. The composition, microstructure and phases of coatings were analyzed by EDS, SEM and XRD. The oxidation properties of slurry sherardizing coating and Zn-SiO2 composite coating were studied by a mass-gain method.It is shown that Zn-SiO2 composite coating can enhance the oxidation resistance of sherardizing coating more than three times.
