摘 要: 测出了厚度为2mm的Ti-Al-Zr单相α-Ti合金板材在350℃下的σb和σ0.2值。 据此结果, 确定了6个实验应力点。 在350℃下进行了高温持久强度实验, 用最小二乘法对实验数据进行了处理, 得到该种钛合金的lgσ—lgτ双对数关系曲线。 对试样的持久断口进行SEM观察后, 再用OM和TEM对该种钛合金板材高温持久实验前的原始显微组织和实验后试样的均匀塑性变形区与集中塑性变形区的显微组织进行了观察, 探讨了Ti-Al-Zr合金在350℃和高应力条件下的蠕变变形特征。

Abstract:The σb and σ0.2 at 350℃ of Ti-Al-Zr single phase α-Ti alloy plate with thickness of 2mm were got. High temperature lasting strength test was conducted at 350℃ according to the six experiment stresses determined by the results, and then the orginal microstructure, the microstructures in even plastic deformation zone and intensive plastic deformation zone were observed with optical microscope and transmission electron microscope(TEM). The creep mechanism of Ti-Al-Zr titanium alloy at 350℃ and high stress was discussed.
