纤维/树脂/铝合金叠层复合材料的显微组织与
阻尼性能

摘 要: 采用热压固化成形工艺成功制备了纤维/树脂/铝合金叠层复合材料。 采用扫描电镜分析了铝合金表面处理工艺对叠层复合材料界面显微组织的影响。结果表明: 该种复合材料不仅具有较高的强度和良好的成形加工性, 而且抗震性能好, 其振动衰减系数较基体铝合金有较大程度的提高。

Abstract:The fiber/resin/aluminum alloy laminated composites were fabricated by using laminated solidifying technics. With the help of SEM, the influence of surface-treatment techniques of aluminum alloy on the interfacial bond of the laminated composites was investigated. The results of property tests show that the fiber/resin/aluminum alloy laminated composite exhibits high strength and good formability. Furthermore, the results of damping experiments reveal that the composite has a much higher damping coefficient than the matrix aluminum alloy, which is favorable for anti-vibration.
