摘 要: 采用DTA, XRD, SEM等测试方法, 研究了高耐磨玻璃陶瓷的主晶相选择及晶核剂选择, 并确定了高耐磨玻璃陶瓷的化学组成, 所制备的耐磨玻璃陶瓷组织致密, 晶粒细小、 均匀, 主晶相为透辉石CaMg(SiO3)2, 次晶相为少量的硅灰石β-CaSiO4。

Abstract:The composition of the glass-ceramics with good abrasion resistance, selection of main crystal phase and nucleating agents were discussed. On the basis of the above, a glass-ceramics with good wear resistance and low cost was obtained. Results of DTA, XRD and SEM show that the major crystal phases of the glass-ceramics with homogeneous and dense microstructure are diopside(CaMg(SiO3)2) and wollastonize(β-CaSiO3).
