拉曼光谱

摘 要: 应用红外光谱和拉曼光谱系统地研究了苛性比ak=1.55, Al2O3含量分别为100g/L, 150g/L和200g/L的铝酸钠溶液和含硅铝酸钠溶液。结果表明: 溶液中存在Al—O—Al键, 且随着Al2O3含量增加而增多; SiO2的存在使得铝酸钠溶液中Al—O—Al键转化为Al—O—Si键, 随着SiO2含量增加, Al—O—Si键增多。 这表明Al—O—Si键比 Al—O—Al键更稳定。因此, 含硅铝酸钠溶液是由Al—O—Al, Al—O—Si, Si—O—Si键和Al—O—H…O—Al氢键结合的成网络状无机高分子溶液,而不是过饱和的Al2O3溶液。 这是铝酸钠溶液稳定的原因。

Abstract:Sodium aluminate and SiO2-containing sodium aluminate solutions were investigated systematically by Raman scattering and infrared adsorption spectrum. The results show the Al—O—Al band existing in solution increases with content of Al2O3; Al—O—Al band is changed to Al—O—Si band, the more the amount of SiO2, the more the Al—O—Si band. It is shown that structure of Al—O—Si band is more stable than structure of Al—O—Al. So sodium aluminosilicate solutions is inorganic network high polymer solution combined by Al—O—Al, Al—O—Si, Al—O—Si and Al—O—H…O—Al hydrogen band, not supersaturated Al2O3 solution. This is why solution is stable.
