摘 要: 含Ti高炉渣中的TiO2含量很高, 质量分数约为24%左右, 是宝贵的二次资源。 用稀硫酸加压酸解含Ti高炉渣提取其中的Ti, 并分析物料粒度、 酸浓度、 渣酸比、 反应温度、 反应时间等因素对TiO2酸解率的影响, 得出了加压酸解的适宜条件。 TiO2酸解率达到90%以上。 酸解液水解获得的TiO2产物纯度为90%以上。 为开发利用废稀酸提取含Ti高炉渣中的Ti提供了依据。

Abstract: Ti-bearing blast furnace slag is valuable sources in which the content of TiO2 is about 24%. Dilute sulfuric acid(20%~60%) is applied to leach the Ti-bearing blast furnace slag under pressure . The influence of the granularity of raw materials, the density of sulfuric acid, the ratio of slag to sulfuric acid, the time and temperature of reaction be analyzed, then the suitable leaching condition be attained. The purity of TiO2 gained by hydrolyzation is about 90%. It is the basis for leaching the Ti-bearing blast furnace slag by waste sulfuric acid.
