摘 要: 通过引入水热合成对Pechini法进行改进,合成了锂离子正极材料Li1+xMn2-xO4。讨论了反应物的摩尔比、烧结温度、烧结时间和回火工艺对产物结构和粒度的影响。结果表明,烧结温度和时间以及Li/Mn摩尔比对产物的结构有较大影响,回火工艺可改善产物的粒度分布。优化的工艺条件为:x=0.06,烧结温度650℃,烧结6h,再在420℃回火3h。得到的产物结构完整,颗粒均匀,放电容量为118mAh/g。

Abstract:Spinel Li1+xMn2-xO4 powders as cathode material for lithium ion secondary battery were synthesized by a modified Pechini method. The dependence of physicoc hemical properties of the spinel Li1+xMn2-xO4 powders on the value x,the calcining temperature and time as well as annealing was investigated. It was found t hat the Li/Mn mole ratio,the calcining temperature and time play an important role in the structure of the product and annealing treatment can improve the distribution of particle size. The results show that when the product with the x value of 0.06 is calcined for 6h at 650℃ and annealed for 3h at 420℃,it delivers an initial capacity of 118mAh/g.
