摘 要: 将模糊专家控制、神经网络控制等智能控制技术运用到智能大功率电弧炉自动控制系统，实现了电弧炉三相电流和温度双闭环控制。该系统已成功在广东韶关冶炼厂运行，运行结果表明该系统控制精度高，可靠性好，提高了电极升降的快速性和定位精度，确保电极平稳调节，保证了电弧炉三相电流的平衡和温度的稳定，获得了很好的控制效果和经济效益。

Abstract:The technologies of neural network control and fuzzy expert control were used in the large-power EAF intelligent automatic control system， which realizes two closed loops control of three phase current and temperature of EAF，and assures three phase current equilibrium and temperature stabilization. The system was running in Shaoguan Smelter， which has gotten better control effect and economical benefit in fact.
