摘 要: 研究了超声波对两种不同结晶形态的四钼酸铵结晶过程的影响,揭示了超声波对钼酸铵溶液结晶的晶型、热化学性质和晶体形貌的影响规律。研究表明,对于结晶速度较慢的反应体系,超声波的影响是非常显著的。无超声波作用下需24~48h制得产物,而在超声波作用下只需10~20min即可完成。超声波对结晶产物的晶体形貌均有显著的影响, 无超声作用下制得的样品颗粒大而不均匀,超声作用下制得的样品颗粒细而均匀。

Abstract:The crystalline,thermochemistry property and crystal appearance of ammonium tetramolybdate under ultrasonic were discussed. The results in dicate that the ultrasonic has a great effect on slow chemical reaction system. The crystallization time to the slow chemical reaction system is shortened from 24~48h to 10~20min underultrasonic and the crystal becomes more homogeneous under ultrasonic.
