摘 要: 利用原位反应技术,通过控制反应物B2O3和石墨的含量制备了原位生长纳米TiB2增强Cu基复合材料。用XRD,EDS,TEM对TiB2/Cu原位复合材料进行微结构分析,研究表明铜基体中弥散分布着50nm的TiB2颗粒,并对Cu基体有良好的增强作用。

Abstract:The TiB2 nanoparticles reinforced copper matrix composites were prepared by in-situ reaction which was controlled the content of reactant B2O3 and graphite. Microstructures of the in-situ TiB2/Cu nanoparticle composites were analyzed using XRD, EDS and TEM. The result shows that the in-situ synthesized TiB2 particles with a size of 50nm disperse in copper matrix and have asignificant reinforcement for the copper matrix.
