摘 要: 制备了Cu-17.0Zn,Cu-17.0Zn-0.15Cr,Cu-17.0Zn-0.35Cr, Cu-17.0Zn-0.50Cr 4种合金(质量分数,%),通过合金硬度、电阻率测定和显微组织观察,对Cu-17.0Zn-xCr合金形变热处理进行了研究。结果表明:微量Cr能提高Cu-Zn合金硬度和再结晶温度,Cr对合金性能的影响是通过沉淀强化来实现的,快速热轧淬火具有保留加工强化的效果,形变热处理还产生了组织强化。

Abstract:The thermomechanical treatment of Cu-17.0Zn-xCr alloys was studied by means of hardness, specific resistance measurement and optical microstructure,TEM observation using four types of Cu-17.0Zn,Cu-17.0Zn-0.15Cr,Cu -17.0Zn-0.35Cr,Cu-17.0Zn-0.50Cr alloys.The results show that trace Cr can enhance Cu-Zn alloy hardness and recrystallized temperature in the way of precipitation hardening. Rapid heat rolling and quenching can hold the effects of working hardening, and thermomechanical treatment can develop structure hardening as well.
