摘 要: 用SEM,TEM和XRD等分析设备系统分析了Al-Ti-B合金的显微组织,结果表明:在Al-5Ti-1B合金组织中有TiAl3和TiB2颗粒团,而Al-3Ti-3B合金组织中仅有 (Al,Ti)B2颗粒团,并认为(Al,Ti)B2应是TiB2和AlB2的混合体。

Abstract: The microstructures of Al-Ti-B alloys were systematically analyzed by using SEM, TEM and XRD instruments. It is shown that the small TiB2 particles in the microstructure of Al-5Ti-1B are TiB2, whereas the small particles in Al-3Ti-3B alloy are (Al,Ti)B2, and the (Al,Ti)B2 are the mixture of TiB2 and AlB2 phases.
