Li1+2xZn1-xPO4的合成及其锂离子的导电性

摘 要: 以Li2CO3,ZnO和NH4H2PO4为原料,采用传统固相合成法和柠檬酸盐溶胶凝胶法制备了组成为Li1+2xZn1-xPO4 (x = 0~0.5)的固体粉末和烧结体。对合成材料作了DTA,TG,XRD和SEM等分析,并用交流阻抗技术测定了样品的导电性。实验结果表明,与传统的固相合成方法相比,溶胶凝胶法可以使样品合成温度降低约400 ℃,并且具有较高的导电率。

Recovery of nickel and cobalt from
electromachining sludge of nickel alloy

Abstract:The samples of  Li1+2xZn1-xPO4(x =0~0.5) were prepared by citrate sol-gel method and solid state reaction respectively. The results determined on the structure of synthetic samples show that there are several phases:α-LiZnPO4(x =0),Li9Zn6(PO4)7(x=0.14) and α-Li4Zn(PO4)2(x=0.5)in this system. The formation temperature of the samples prepared by citrate sol-gel method is much lower than that of those prepared by solid state reaction. The ionic conductivity of the sinters was measured by ac-impedance spectrum,in which α-LiZnPO4,Li9Zn6(PO4)7 do not show ionic conductivity at room temperature. However,the sample of α-Li4Zn(PO4)2 has a high Li cationic conductivity of 1.66×10-6S·cm-1at 25 ℃.
