熔铸工艺对2618合金中Al9FeNi相形态的影响

摘 要: 研究了熔体过热、加冷料搅拌及冷却速度对2618合金中Al9FeNi相形态的影响。结果表明,与2618合金熔体720 ℃正常熔炼浇注相比,熔体960 ℃过热处理可得到更加细小均匀的针片状Al9FeNi相,特别是880 ℃过热加纯铝锭冷料搅拌处理可得到长度约4 μm的细小颗粒状Al9FeNi相,而合金熔体在720 ℃过热后缓慢冷却导致Al9FeNi相的初晶偏析。

Effect of casting process on microstructure of
Al9FeNi phase in 2618 alloy

Abstract:The effects of melt overheating, meltstirring after adding cold metalas well as cooling rate of liquid metal on the morphology of Al9FeNi phase in 2618 alloy have been investigated.The results show that melt over-heating treatment at 960 ℃ leads to finer and better-distributed needle-like Al9FeNi phase comparing with normal casting process at 720  ℃; the grain size of Al9FeNi phase is about 4 μm in length, which could be obtained by over-heating the liquid 2618 alloy at 880℃ and melt-stirring after adding cold aluminum block; and small solidification rate after over-heating at 720 ℃ leads to the formation of primary Al9FeNi phase.
