热处理制度对TC6钛合金显微组织的影响

摘 要: 通过热处理实验研究了加热温度(850,900,950和1000℃)和保温时间(3,30,60和120min)对TC6钛合金显微组织的影响规律。 研究结果表明:加热温度和保温时间对钛合金显微组织影响较大。其中,加热温度主要影响钛合金显微组织中α相的含量,即α相数量随加热温度的升高而逐渐减少;保温时间主要影响钛合金显微组织中次生α相的大小。加热温度和保温时间对组织的形态影响均较小。

Effects of heat treatment on
microstructure of TC6 titanium alloy

Abstract:The influence of heating temperature of 850, 900, 950 and 1000℃ respectively and heat holding time of 3min, 30, 60 and 120min respectively on the microstructure of a TC6 titanium alloy was studied through heat treatment experiments. The result shows that heating temperature and heat holding time have great influences on the microstructure of a TC6 titanium alloy. Among others, heating temperature has the main effect on the volume fraction of α phase namely α phase number diminishes gradually with elevating heating temperature, and heat holding time has the main influence on the grain size of the secondary α phase. However, both of them have little effects on the shape of the microstructure of TC6 titanium alloy. Therefore heating temperature and holding time should be controlled strictly for thermal forge shaping of TC6 titanium alloy.
