摘 要: 以Zn-35%Al合金为研究对象,研究了陶瓷相对锌铝基合金激光重熔区表面硬度的影响。结果表明:含Al2O3陶瓷表层经激光处理后的显微硬度高于表层不含Al2O3陶瓷直接激光处理的试样,并在过渡区出现了第二个硬度峰值。采用AES,TEM分析发现,δ Al2O3相的存在是造成这一结果的主要原因。

Abstract:The effect of Al2O3 phase on the microhardness of laser re-melting area of Zn-Al based alloy was studied. The results show that the microhardness of sample contained Al2O3 phase after laser re-melting has higher value than that of treated directly with laser beam. The reason for the occurrence of second hardness peak is the delta aluminum oxide(tetragonal) existing on the transitional area.
