摘 要: 研究了稀土、 超量硅、Al-Ti-B、稀土添加剂以及风淬与水淬对6063铝合金强度的影响,并从理论上阐明了材料的内部结构变化。研究表明,稀土及Al-Ti-B的含量和稀土添加剂的加入以及热处理方式对其强度均有影响。对实验结果进行了分析与讨论,并在此基础上找到了提高其强度的方法与途径。

Abstract:The factors of thulium,excessive silicon,Al-Ti-B thulium additive and quench with wind and with water, which influence the intension of 6063 aluminum alloy, were investigated. The change of the inner structure were illustrated in theory. The results show that the amount of thulium and Al-Ti-B and thulium additive and the way of heat treatment have influence on intension.
