摘 要: 以碱式乙酸铝和氨水为前驱物,以水为反应介质,在不同温度和不同恒温时间下水热合成一水软铝石粉体,随着温度升高和保温时间延长,合成粉体结晶度变好,晶粒变大。在温度为160 ℃,恒温时间为2 h,制备出了结晶度好、平均粒径约30 nm的一水软铝石粉体。并通过SEM观察、X射线衍射分析和粉体比表面积的测量对合成的粉体进行了表征,并用截线法确定了粉体的平均粒径。

characterizations of boehmite powder

Abstract:Nanometer-sized boehmite powders with the minimum mean particle size 30 nm were successfully prepared by hydrothermal method in the autoclave with autogeneous pressure. The optimum hydrothermal conditions, temperature 160 ℃, isothermal time 2 h, were obtained to get desirable boehmite powder with relatively well crystallized and little agglomerations. Characterizations were carried out with X-ray diffractometer, the scanning electronic micrograph and the specific area measurement.
