摘 要: 用压缩氩弧等离子束快速扫描化学镀Ni-P合金镀层。组织、成分、结构和性能研究结果表明, Ni-P合金重熔层大部分为胞状枝晶组织,由Ni基固溶体、α相(铁素体)和Ni3P相组成;次层为淬火马氏体组织;基体与熔凝层之间存在梯度扩散层。

Abstract:Electroless Ni-P alloy layer is scanned rapidly by compression argon arc plasma beam. The microstructructure, composition and microhardness of Ni-P alloy layer show that Ni-P alloy layer becomes cellular dendrite which is mainly composed of γ-(Ni, Fe), α-Fe and Ni3P phase. The sublevel is marstenite quenching structure. A gradient diffusion layer exists between the layer and the matrix.
