摘 要: 进行了退火对钛-钢爆炸复合板中飞线(绝热剪切线)组织影响的试验。发现在一定工艺下退火后这种飞线会自行消失,而由飞线发展成的裂纹则不会。由此论证了飞线是一种塑性变形组织和裂纹源。这种飞线可能还是爆炸载荷下金属中出现的一种新的和特殊的塑性变形机制。

Abstract:The effect of annealing on fly line structure and properties in titamium-steel explosive composite sheet was investigated. The results show that the fly line will disappear after annealing, which demonstrates that the fly line is a kind of plastic deformation structure and crack source. This kind of fly line may also be a sort of new deformation form at explosive load in metal.
