摘 要: 研究了Al-Zn-Li-Mg-Cu-Zr合金在393 K,433 K和473 K时效过程中δ′相的长大规律,发现当合金在393 K时效时,δ′相的长大符合LSW长大规律;当合金在433*#K和473*#K时效时,δ′相半径的3次方与时效时间符合抛物线关系,这与在此温度下沉淀析出 X 相有关。

Abstract:The growth ofδ′phase in a Al-Zn-Li-Mg-Cu-Zr alloy aged at 393 K, 433 K and 473 K was investigated. The results show that the growth of δ′phase obeys the LSW law when aged at 393 K. δ′particle size cubed against aging time shows a parabolic relationship when aged at 433 K and 473 K, which is related with the precipitation of X phase.
