热稳定性和力学性能

摘 要: 采用差压铸造法成功制备了Cu47Ti34Zr11Ni8块体非晶合金, 研究了其热稳定性和力学性能。 结果表明: 该块体非晶合金的玻璃转变温度Tg=672 K, 晶化温度Tx1=735 K, 过冷液相区ΔTx=63 K, 约化玻璃温度Trg=0.575, 弯曲断裂强度高达2 350 MPa, 断裂前弹性变形量为2.1%, 弯曲模量为102 GPa; 淬态微米级结晶相的出现使合金的三点弯曲断裂强度下降至1 100 MPa。

Cu47Ti34Zr11Ni8 bulk amorphous alloys

Abstract: Cu47Ti34Zr11Ni8 bulk amorphous alloy was prepared by differential pressure casting. Thermal stability and mechanical properties were studied. The results show that the glass transition temperature(Tg), crystallization temperature(Tx1), temperature interval of supercooled liquid region ΔTx(=Tx1-Tg) and reduced glass transition temperature(Trg) are proved to be 672 K, 735 K, 63 K, and 0.575, respectively. The bulk glass also exhibits high three point-bending flexural strength of 2 350 MPa, flexural modulus of 102 GPa and fracture strain of 2.1%. The three point-bending flexural strength of the alloys declines to 1 100 MPa with the appearance of a micron-size quenched-in crystallization.
