摘 要: 采用加工图理论系统分析了AZ31B镁合金在高温变形过程中的变形行为。 结果表明: 采用加工图理论分析材料的高温变形行为能准确直观地反映出材料在不同变形条件下的组织演变规律。 分析加工图发现, AZ31B镁合金在300℃以上具有很好的塑性, 但是在变形温度为300~350℃时则需要采用较高的应变率, 反之则会出现流变失稳现象, 合金的塑性显著降低。

Abstract: Deformation behavior at elevated temperature of AZ31B magnesium alloy was studied systematically by processing map theory. As a result, deformation behavior at elevated temperature analyzed by processing map theory can indicate exactly the evolving law of structures of materials under different deformation condition. By analyzing processing map analyzing, AZ31B magnesium alloy is showed to have excellent plasticity over 300℃, but it would better to adopt higher strain rate at temperature of 300 to 350℃, or the plasticity would decline obviously due to flow instabilities.
