摘 要: 水平井分段压裂技术是有效提高非常规能源产量的重要手段,而可溶压裂封堵工具的应用更是极大地提高了开采效率。由于镁合金具有优异的性能且极易腐蚀,已成为制造可溶压裂封堵工具的首选材料和研究热点。本文从组织结构、力学性能和腐蚀速率3个方面,对Mg-Al、Mg-Zn、含LPSO相的新型Mg-RE及其他合金4个系列进行了综合评述。并建议工程化应用中需要进一步建立规范标准,特别是腐蚀速率测试需要建立统一的测试方法和计量单位等。

Abstract:The staged fracturing technology of horizontal wells is an important mean to effectively improve the production of unconventional energy. Importantly, the application of soluble fracturing plugging tools has greatly improved the production efficiency. Mg alloys have become the preferred material for manufacturing soluble fracturing plugging tools and the focus of extensive research because of the characteristics of excellent strength, light weight and easy corrosion. In this paper, four series of Mg-Al, Mg-Zn, new Mg-RE alloy containing LPSO phase and other alloys were comprehensively reviewed from three dimensions of microstructure, mechanical properties and corrosion rate. It was also suggested that the specification and standard should be further established in the engineering application. Especially, the unified test method and measurement unit should be established for the corrosion rate test.
