摘 要: 通过对高压辊磨机结构及工艺研究,论证了高压辊磨机在有色金属矿物加工方面行业的应用前景。高压辊磨机超细碎及磨矿试验结果表明:有色矿石经新型高压辊磨机超细碎后有助于大幅度提升球磨机处理能力,有效降低Bond球磨功指数。后经工业生产实践验证,两个选厂通过高压辊磨机进行碎磨系统提产改造后,球磨机入料粒度F95由F95≤12 mm降低至F95≤5 mm,球磨机入料Bond球磨功指数分别由13.78和11.64 kW?h/t降低为11.84和9.94 kW?h/t,选厂整体处理能力提升67%左右。

Abstract:Through the research of the structure and process of HPGR, this paper demonstrated the application prospect of HPGR in the non-ferrous mineral processing industry. The results of ultrafine crushing and grinding test of HPGR indicate that the non-ferrous ore is greatly improved by the new-type HPGR after ultra-fine crushing, which can greatly improve the processing capacity of the ball mill and effectively reduce the Bond work index. After the industrial production practice verified, the two concentration plants upgraded and transformed the grinding system through HPGR, the particle size (F95) of the ball mill feed reduces from less than 12 mm to less than 5 mm, and the Bond work indexes of ball mill feed reduce from 13.78 and 11.64 kW?h/t to 11.84 and 9.94 kW?h/t, respectively. The overall processing capacity of the concentration plants increases by about 67%.
