摘 要: 铝锂合金具有低密度、高强度、高弹性模量和良好耐蚀性等优点,已广泛应用于航空航天、军事工业等领域。本文对铝锂合金的发展历程及应用情况进行概述;介绍了铝锂合金的制备工艺,包括熔炼铸造法、粉末冶金法和喷射沉积法;重点对铝锂合金强韧化机制及方法进行归纳和总结,并对铝锂合金的研究和发展进行展望。

Abstract:Aluminum-lithium alloy has the advantages of low density, high strength, high elastic modulus and good corrosion resistance, which is widely used in aerospace and military industry fields. In this paper, the development and application of Al-Li alloy were summarized. The preparation methods, such as casting, powder metallurgy, and spray deposition were introduced. The obdurability mechanism and improvement methods of aluminum-lithium alloy was reviewed. Finally, the prospects for the future development of aluminum-lithium alloy were given.
