Au-Pt-Ni体系相图的实验研究

摘 要: Au-Pt-Ni体系在燃料电池催化剂领域具有较强的应用背景,然而关于体系合金相图的研究较少,制约了该体系催化剂的设计、开发及应用。通过研究Au-Pt-Ni合金体系的相图,明确多元合金催化剂在催化反应过程中的相平衡关系,以及合金相的形成对催化剂性能的改善作用等,有利于寻找改善催化剂性能以及设计新型催化材料的新方法。本文分别采用合金法和扩散偶法对Au-Pt-Ni体系进行实验研究;采用合金法研究了体系的450 ℃等温截面,采用扩散偶法研究了体系的900 ℃等温截面。结果表明:450 ℃时Au20Pt10Ni70、Au20Pt30Ni50和Au20Pt50Ni30合金存在三种物相,Au20Pt20Ni60合金存在两种物相;900 ℃时体系存在(Au)和(Pt,Ni)两种固溶体。对比实验结果与计算相图发现,实验结果与计算相图吻合较好。

Experimental study on phase diagram of Au-Pt-Ni system

Abstract:Au-Pt-Ni system has a strong application background in the field of fuel cell catalyst. However, the research on the phase diagram of this system is quite rare, which restricts the design, development and application of this catalyst system. By studying the phase diagram of Au-Pt-Ni system, we can make clear the phase equilibrium of multi alloy catalyst in the process of catalytic reaction, and which phases can improve the performance of catalyst. So as to find new ways to improve the catalyst performance and design the new catalytic materials. The Au-Pt-Ni system was studied by alloying method and diffusion couple method respectively. The isothermal section of Au-Pt-Ni system at 450 ℃ was studied by alloying method. The result shows that there are three phases in Au20Pt10Ni70, Au20Pt30Ni50 and Au20Pt50Ni30 alloys, and two phases in Au20Pt20Ni60 alloy at 450 ℃; The isothermal section of the system at 900 ℃ was studied by diffusion couple method. The result shows that there are (Au) and (Pt,Ni) solid solution phases at 900 ℃. The experimental results are compared with the calculated phase diagram, and it is found that the experimental results are in good agreement with the calculated phase diagram.
