铸态GH2132合金热变形行为和热加工图

摘 要: 利用Gleeble-3500热模拟机的热压缩实验,研究了铸态GH2132合金在变形温度为1173~1423 K和应变速率为0.001~10 s-1条件下的热压缩变形行为和微观组织演化规律,分析该合金在不同变形条件下的热变形激活能Q值、应变速率敏感指数m值、温度敏感指数s值的变化规律,基于动态材料模型(DMM)建立热加工图,结合微观组织确定出最佳热加工参数。结果表明:随着变形温度的升高、应变速率的降低,流变应力减小,GH2132合金为应变速率和温度敏感型材料。提高变形温度、降低应变速率有利于获得均匀分布的等轴晶粒。结合热加工图和高温变形微观组织确定,铸态GH2132合金合理的热变形参数所对应的变形温度和应变速率区间分别为1295~1418 K和3.07~10 s-1

Thermal deformation behavior and hot processing map of as-cast GH2132 alloy

Abstract:The thermal compression deformation behavior and microstructure evolution of as-cast GH2132 alloy were studied by hot compression with Gleeble-3500 thermal simulator at the temperature range of 1173-1423 K and strain rate of 0.001-10 s-1. The deformation activation energy (Q), strain rate sensitivity index (m) and temperature sensitivity index (s) of the alloy under different deformation conditions were analyzed. Based on the dynamic material model (DMM), the thermal processing map was established. Combined with microstructure, the optimal parameters of hot processing were determined. The results show that the flow stress decreases with the increase of deformation temperature and the decrease of strain rate, and as-cast GH2132 alloy is the strain rate and temperature sensitive material. These are beneficial to the formation of equiaxed grains with uniform distribution by increasing the temperature and decreasing the strain rate. Combined with the thermal processing map and deformation microstructure, the preferable thermal deformation parameters of as-cast GH2132 were determined, and the corresponding deformation temperature and strain rate ranges are 1295-1418 K and 3.07-10 s-1, respectively.
