V(Ⅴ)-Fe(Ⅲ)-S(Ⅵ)-H2O系热力学研究与钒铁分离方法理论

摘 要: 针对酸浸液钒铁分离的难题,绘制298 K时V(Ⅴ)-Fe(Ⅲ)-S(Ⅵ)-H2O系中存在的各种离子随pH以及浓度变化的热力学平衡图,全面分析钒、铁物种随pH和钒、铁、硫浓度的变化规律,在此基础上提出相应的钒铁分离方法并进行理论分析。结果表明:强酸条件(-1<pH<0.5)时铁和钒分别以Fe3+和 阳离子的形式存在;弱酸条件(0.5<pH)时由于硫酸根的配位作用,铁逐渐由Fe3+转变为 及 阴离子,而钒由 逐步转变为 及各种聚合阴离子。定义pH50%为含钒或铁阴离子的摩尔分数为50%时的pH值。溶液中钒浓度越高,pH50%,V越小;铁浓度越高,pH50%, Fe越大;硫浓度增高,pH50%, Fe减小。在pH50%, V~pH50%, Fe的酸度范围内,鉴于钒和铁赋存离子电性的差异,选择碱性萃取剂或离子交换树脂优先吸附钒聚合阴离子,或选择酸性萃取剂或离子交换树脂优先吸附铁,均可达到钒和铁的有效分离。

Thermodynamic of V(Ⅴ)-Fe(Ⅲ)-S(Ⅵ)-H2O system and its utilization for separating vanadium over ferric from acidic solution

Abstract:Aiming at the separation of vanadium over iron from acidic leaching solution, the thermodynamic equilibrium diagrams for distribution of species at different pH values and different concentrations of vanadium, iron and sulfur with the systems of V(Ⅴ)-Fe(Ⅲ)-S(Ⅵ)-H2O at 298 K were drawn. The variation regularities were also analyzed. Based on the thermodynamic analysis, the corresponding separation methods of vanadium/iron were put forward. The results show that Fe3+and cations are predominant specials of iron and vanadium in strong acidic solution (-1<pH<0.5), respectively. When 0.5<pH, due to the coordination of sulfate,Fe3+transforms to and then progressively, alongside this progressively polymerized to various polyanions. pH50% is defined as the pH value when target metal anions occupy 50% mole fraction of total. It can be seen that the more vanadium in solution the lesser the pH50%,V,the more iron the larger the pH50%, Fe, the more sulfur in solution the smaller the pH50%, Fe. In the pH range of pH50%, V-pH50%, Fe, in view of the difference of ionic electrical properties between vanadium and iron, the effective separation of vanadium over iron can be achieved by ether choosing alkaline extractant or ion exchange resin to preferentially adsorb vanadium polyanions oracid extractant or ion exchange resin to preferentially adsorb iron.
