摘 要: 采用拉曼光谱并结合黏度、电导率等物理性质检测,研究了不同乙酸根、草酸根浓度下铝酸钠溶液中铝酸根离子结构及其物理性质变化规律。结果表明:中低浓度的铝酸钠溶液中 为铝酸根离子的基本形态,随着苛碱浓度的增加出现二聚体 ,且两种离子数量随苛碱浓度的增加而上升。铝酸钠溶液中 和CH3COO-的拉曼光谱特征峰分别为918 cm-1、931 cm-1。CH3COO-和 对铝酸钠溶液中铝酸根阴离子的影响基本相同,随着铝酸钠溶液中CH3COO-或 浓度的增加,四面体 和二聚体 都逐渐增多,同时 向 发生了转化。随着CH3COO-或 浓度的增加,铝酸钠溶液的黏度升高,电导率下降,最后获得不同CH3COO-或 浓度下铝酸钠溶液在不同温度的黏度和黏流活化能计算方程。

Abstract:The ionic structure of aluminate anions and the physical properties of sodium aluminate solution with different acetate and oxalate concentrations were investigated by Raman spectroscopy combined with the physical properties of viscosity and conductivity test. The results show that the tetrahedron of is the basic form of aluminate ions in low and medium concentration of sodium aluminate solution, and the dimer of exists with the increase of solution concentration. The contents of and in sodium aluminate solution increase as the concentration of caustic alkali increases. The Raman characteristic peak of and CH3COO- in sodium aluminate solution are 918 cm-1 and 931 cm-1, respectively. The effects of CH3COO- and on the structure of aluminate anions in sodium aluminate solution are basically the same, with the increase of CH3COO- or in sodium aluminate solution, the contents of and increase gradually, and transforms to at the same time. The viscosity of sodium aluminate solution increases and the conductivity decreases with the increase of the CH3COO- or concentration. The calculation equation for viscosity and viscous flow activation energy of sodium aluminate solution with different CH3COO- or concentrations at different temperatures are finally obtained.
