摘 要: 以鲁甸微细粒独立银矿石为研究对象,采用岩矿鉴定、化学分析及X射线衍射分析(XRD)对原矿的矿物学性质进行研究。并采用活性炭吸附浮选法对银矿物进行回收。采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)及能谱仪(EDS)对活性炭吸附浮选的机理进行分析。结果表明:开路试验中银精矿产率由3.19%降低到1.03%,银品位由1485.37 g/t升高到4736.52 g/t。通过闭路试验可以获得银品位为4116.73 g/t,银精矿回收率为54.83%。

Abstract:Single silver ore is difficult to be utilized. The micro-fine grained single silver ore in Ludian was investigated. Optical microscopy analysis, chemical analysis and X-ray diffraction(XRD) were used to study the mineralogy of raw ore. Activated carbon adsorption flotation was used to recover silver minerals. The adsorption flotation mechanism of activated carbon was analyzed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS). ?The results show that the yield of silver concentrate reduces from 3.19% to 1.03%, and the grade of silver increases from 1485.37 g/t to 4736.52 g/t in open circuit flotation. A silver concentrate with 4116.73 g/t of Ag grade and a recovery of 54.83% is obtained through the closed circuit test.
