深井似膏体充填管道的输送特性

摘 要: 基于某金属矿深井开采充填料浆管道输送系统运行的工程实例,对充填料浆管道输送的动力学过程进行模拟分析。采用GAMBIT软件建立超深、超长似膏体管道输送二维动态模型,并在此基础上运用FLUENT双精度解算器进行分离隐式模拟。结果表明:管道输送的阻力损失值小于重力产生的压力,可以实现自流输送;充填料浆在自流输送和工作流速为3.4 m/s的条件下,在弯管处得到最大速度为3.94 m/s,水平段最大速度为3.74 m/s,均满足稳定性要求。通过残差曲线监测所有相关变量的完整数据,证明模拟结果可靠,由此分析得出充填料浆管道输送系统安全可靠。

Pipeline transportation characteristics offilling paste-like slurry pipeline in deep mine

Abstract:Based on the engineering example of the filling slurry pipeline system in a deep metal mine, the dynamic process of the filling slurry in the pipeline transportation was simulated. At first, the two-dimension dynamic model of paste-like transportation in the ultra-deep, extra-long pipeline by GAMBIT soft was established, then, a separation implicit simulation through the double precision solver of FLUENT soft was used. The results show that the resistance value is less than the loss of pipeline pressure generated by gravity, the gravity flow conveyor can be achieved. Under the condition of self-flowing and the working flow rate of 3.4 m/s, the max flow rates of the backfilling slurry at elbow pipeline and horizontal pipeline are 3.94 m/s and 3.74 m/s, respectively, which can both meet the stability requirement. The complete data on all relevant variables were gotten by monitoring the residual curves, which proves that the simulation result is reliable. According to above analysis, the filled slurry pipeline transportation system is safe and reliable.
