添加LaB6的CuW70触头材料的电弧侵蚀行为

摘 要: 采用粉末冶金和熔渗法制备不同LaB6添加量的CuW70合金,研究LaB6含量对CuW70合金组织、致密度、硬度、导电率及真空击穿性能的影响。结果表明:随着LaB6含量的增加,CuW70合金的硬度先急剧增大后缓慢减小,当LaB6含量为2%(质量分数)时,CuW70合金的硬度最大,为212 HB。CuW70合金的电导率先增大后缓慢减小,但降幅不大。真空电击穿实验表明:随着LaB6含量的增加,CuW70合金的耐电压强度先急剧上升,当LaB6含量大于2%后,耐电压强度呈下降趋势;截流值先下降后缓慢上升;电弧寿命则呈上升趋势。在本实验范围内,当LaB6添加量为2%时,CuW70合金具有最佳的耐电弧侵蚀性能,耐电压强度、截流值和电弧寿命分别为1.25×108 V/m、2.62 A和15.67 ms。

Arc erosion behaviors of CuW70 electricalcontact materials adding LaB6

Abstract:CuW70 alloys with different contents of LaB6 addition were prepared by powder metallurgy and infiltrating method, and the effects of LaB6 content on microstructure, densification, hardness, electrical conductivity and electrical breakdown properties were investigated. The results show that with increase of LaB6 addition, the hardness increases sharply and then decreases slowly, the CuW70 alloy with 2%LaB6 (mass fraction) has the maximum hardness value of 212 HB, while the electrical conductivity increases and then decreases slightly. The vacuum electrical breakdown experimental results show that, with the increase of LaB6 addition, the breakdown strength increases sharply and then decreases when the LaB6 content is above 2%. The chopping current decreases and then increases slowly, whereas, the arc life presents an increasing trend. In the range of the experiments, CuW70 alloy with 2% LaB6 has an optimal arc erosion resistance, and the breakdown strength, chopping current and arc life are 1.25×108 V/m, 2.62 A and 15.67 ms, respectively.
