摘 要: 对航空用钛合金的研究应用情况进行综述。从合金基体相组成角度,将钛合金分为α型钛合金、α+β型钛合金和β型钛合金。着重介绍钛合金在航空发动机、飞机机身、航空紧固件等方面的应用;讨论航空用钛合金研究目前存在的问题,结果表明:提高高温热稳定性、增强蠕变抗力和降低成本是航空用钛合金今后的发展方向。

Abstract:The researches and prospects of titanium alloys for aircraft were reviewed. Titanium alloys can be divided into α titanium alloy, α+β and β titanium alloy from the perspective of alloy matrix phase composition. The recent development and application of titanium alloys in the aircraft engine, aircraft and aerospace fasteners were introduced. The problems of titanium alloys applied to the aerospace industry were also discussed. It shows that improving the thermal stability under high temperature, strengthening the creep resistance and lowering the cost reduction are the future development directions of titanium alloys for aircraft.
