反蛋白石结构大孔碳材料的制备及其在染料 敏化太阳能电池对电极中的应用

摘 要: 以胶体晶体为牺牲模板合成反蛋白石结构碳(Inverted opal carbon, IO-C)材料,借助扫描电镜和透射电镜分析IO-C材料样品的形貌和微观结构,考察对电极中IO-C负载量对染料敏化太阳能电池(Dye-sensitized solar cells,DSSC)光电转化性能的影响。结果表明:IO-C对电极DSSC的光电性能随着碳负载量的增加而提高,这可能与电荷转移电阻的降低有关。在本研究条件下,当碳负载量超过332 μg/cm2时,进一步增大负载量对电池性能的提高并无明显帮助。相对于商用铂对电极电池(η=5.61%),IO-C对电极电池可以获得相近的光电转化效率(η=5.27%)。

Preparation of inverted opal macroporous carbon material and its application in dye-sensitized solar cells as counter electrode

Abstract:The inverted opal carbon (IO-C) counter electrodes were fabricated using colloidal crystals as sacrificial templates for DSSC. The morphology and microstructure were characterized by scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy. The results show that the photovoltaic performances of DSSC with IO-C counter electrodes are improved with the IO-C loading on counter electrode increasing. It may be attributed to the charge-transfer resistance of IO-C counter electrode decreasing with the increase of the IO-C loading. However, further carbon loading increase has no obvious effect on the photovoltaic performance of DSSC when carbon loading exceeds 332 μg/cm2. By comparison with commercial platinum based DSSC (η=5.61%), the IO-C based one exhibits a close conversion efficiency (η=5.27%).
