B对铸态Ti3Al合金组织和性能的影响

摘 要: 研究合金中B含量对铸态Ti3Al合金的组织和室温拉伸性能的影响。结果表明:B的添加明显细化了Ti3Al合金晶粒的尺寸,且在晶界处析出连续条状硼化物脆化相;使得铸态Ti3Al合金的室温强度和伸长率降低。

Effect of element B on microstructure and properties of casting Ti3Al alloy

Abstract:The influences of B content on the microstructure and tensile properties of cast Ti3Al alloy at room temperature were investigated. The results show that the addition of B can significantly refine the crystal particles of cast Ti3Al alloy, and the consequent strip boride precipitates are found on the grain boundaries. However, the addition of B reduces the room-temperature strength and elongation of Ti3Al alloy.
