摘 要: 采用有限元模拟研究等温锻造过程中TC17钛合金片层组织球化行为。通过热模拟压缩试验获得热变形过程中变形参数对该合金球化行为的影响。以Avrami方程为基础建立该合金片层组织球化模型,并将其嵌入有限元模拟软件(DEFORM-3D),使其具有预测和模拟球化过程的功能。进行圆柱形工件等温锻造及其相应的有限元模拟实验验证所建模型的准确性。结果表明:经二次开发的软件可准确地预测等温锻造过程中TC17钛合金片层组织的球化行为。

Abstract:The globularization behavior of TC17 titanium alloy during isothermal forging procedure was studied by finite element simulation. On the basis of the Avrami equation and thermo-simulation compression experiment, the prediction model was established, and the model was merged into DEFORM-3D. The isothermal forging of cylinder workpieces and corresponding simulation were performed. The results show that the second development model can be used to reasonably and precisely predict the globularization behavior of TC17 alloy.
