摘 要: 研究了损伤容限型TC4-DT钛合金疲劳裂纹扩展速率da/dn等损伤容限性能,分析不同应力比条件下片状组织与双态组织的疲劳裂纹扩展特性。研究结果为高损伤容限型钛合金的微观组织设计和探讨微观组织对损伤容限性能的影响机理提供便利。

Abstract:The fatigue crack growth rate of TC4-DT damage tolerance titanium alloy was investigated. Fatigue crack propagation feature was studied in lamellar and bi-modal structure at different stress ratios. The research result can lay the foundary for micro-design of high damage tolerance titanium alloy and discussion on the mechanism for effect of microstructure on damage tolerance properties.
