摘 要: 本文采用光学显微镜(OM)、X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和透射电子显微镜(TEM)等对Ti-2.3Cr-1.3Fe低成本钛合金固溶后的组织和力学性能进行观察、分析和研究。固溶条件为:温度930 ℃,保温时间分别为0.5 h、1.0 h、1.5 h和2.0 h,水淬(WQ)。研究结果表明:固溶后该合金的组织由β相、马氏体和ω相组成,合金强度随固溶时间延长而缓慢降低,抗拉强度最高为1 165 MPa,此时合金的延伸率最低仅为2.5%,主要是该合金固溶后的组织中含有ω相所致。

Abstract:After solution treatment, microstructure and tensile properties of Ti-2.3Cr-1.3Fe low cost alloy were studied through the methods of XRD, OM, SEM and TEM. The results indicate that the microstructure of alloy includes β phase, martensite and ω phase after solution treatment; the strength decreases with increasing solution time. Under the β phase heat treatment condition of 930 ℃ for 0.5 h, 1.0 h, 1.5 h and 2.0 h, WQ, the tensile strength is 1 165 MPa with 2.5% in elongation. As a result of the ω phase exists; the plasticity of alloy is low after solution treatment.
