摘 要: 对两相锻TC4钛合金环形锻件进行4种制度热处理,以研究初生α相含量(体积分数)对合金力学性能的影响。采用光学显微镜和定量金相方法分析锻件的显微组织及其初生α相含量,测试锻件的拉伸、断裂韧度和低周疲劳等力学性能。结果表明,随着合金中初生α相含量的降低,其室温、400 ℃拉伸强度和400 ℃持久性能提高,但室温断裂韧度和低周疲劳性能降低。

Abstract:The effects of primary α-phase volume fraction on mechanical properties of TC4 titanium alloy ring forging were investigated. Microstructures of the ring forging were observed using optical microscopy. The mechanical properties of the ring forging were evaluated. The results show that the tensile strength at room temperature and 400 ℃ and creep rupture life at 400 ℃ are improved with decreasing primary α-phase volume fraction, however, the facture toughness and strain control low cycle fatigue life at room temperature are decreased.
