摘 要: 针对α+β型TC21高强韧钛合金热加工抗力大等问题,采用热氢处理技术,对铸态试样进行0.1%~0.5%(质量分数) 5种不同氢含量的置氢处理和真空退火除氢处理。研究热氢处理过程中TC21钛合金组织结构和晶粒度变化特征,揭示热氢处理对钛合金组织演变的影响规律,探讨钛合金热氢处理组织细化机制。结果表明,热氢处理可以显著细化晶粒,降低TC21铸态组织的变形抗力。

Abstract:Aiming at the problems such as large deformation resistance during hot working of high strength and high toughness (α+β)-type titanium alloy TC21, all specimens were handled by thermo-hydrogenation treatment technology, such as being hydrogenated respectively in five different hydrogen contents from 0.1%~0.5% (mass fraction), and dehydrogenated by vacuum annealing. The microstructure evolution of TC21 alloys with hydrogenation and dehydrogenation was studied. The effects of thermo-hydrogenation treatment on the microstructure,grain size, and variation regularity of TC21 were investigated. The mechanism of microstructure refinement during thermo- hydrogenation treatment was also discussed. The results show that thermo-hydrogenation treatment can refine the microstructure and reduce the deformation resistance largely.
