均匀沉淀法制备多孔羟基磷灰石球晶

摘 要: 以生物碳酸钙作为钙源,采用均匀沉淀法,制备多孔羟基磷灰石(HA)球晶。利用SEM、XRD、FT-IR和光学显微镜研究球晶的形貌、尺寸、成分和相组成。结果表明,球晶由片状含碳酸HA纳米晶体组成,平均直径为5~15 μm,大小均匀、分散性好、结构精致、对称性好。在正交偏光镜间球晶呈现黑十字消光,用补色法则测得为正光性球晶。

Preparation of porous hydroxyapatite spherulites by homogeneous precipitation method

Abstract:Hydroxyapatite (HA) spherulites were prepared by homogeneous precipitation method using biological calcium carbonate as a raw material. The morphology, size, structure and phase of the HA spherulites were characterized by SEM, XRD, FT-IR and polarized light microscopy. The result show that the HA spherulites with delicate structure and supreme symmetry are formed by self-assembly of plate-shaped HA nanocrystals. The average diameter of HA spherulites with even sizes and better dispersibility is 5-15 μm. The HA spherulites present a black cross extinction between the crossed polarizers microscopes, and they are optically positive spherulites by compensation principle.
