摘 要: 自行设计了结构简单、操作方便的电磁开关触头材料抗熔焊性能模拟试验机。通过该试验机,研究纯铜、典型铜合金、铜基复合材料的抗熔焊性能。结果表明:相对于纯铜触头材料,碲铜合金、钨铜复合材料均有较优异的抗熔焊性能;从降低熔焊触头融焊力的角度考虑,触头材料的抗熔焊性能与触头闭合时熔焊区域是否容易形成焊接缺陷有关。研究结果对改善电磁开关触头抗熔焊性能具有重要参考意义。

Abstract:A simulation device of solenoid switch with simple structure and easy operation, was developed to test the anti-welding performance of pure copper, typical copper alloys and copper-based materials. The results show that CuTe alloy and CuW30 composites have better anti-welding performance than pure copper. From the view of decreasing welding force, the anti-welding performances of different copper-based materials are related to the formation of welding defects in the welding zone when the contacts are connected. The results are beneficial to improving the anti-welding performance of electrical contacts in solenoid switch.
