摘 要: 借助光学显微镜、扫描电镜和X射线衍射仪研究少量铈对高硼高速钢微观组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明:少量铈的添加能显著提高高硼高速钢的冲击韧性和磨损性能,其冲击韧性值(ak)由6.7 J/cm2增加到14.3 J/cm2,少量铈的存在使高硼高速钢中鱼骨状硼碳化物基本消失,大部分羽毛状硼碳化物熔断,粒状硼碳化物增多,硼碳化物分布更加均匀,初生奥氏体晶粒明显细化。

Abstract:The effects of small amount of Ce addition on the microstructure and mechanical properties of high-boron high speed steel were investigated by SEM, EDS and XRD. The results show that small addition of Ce can increase the impact toughness and the wear resistance of high-boron high speed steel, the impact toughness ak increases from 6.7 J/cm2 to 14.3 J/cm2. In the presence of small amount of Ce, fishbone boro-carbide disappears in the high-boron high speed steel, feathery boro-carbide melts and fractures, and granular boro-carbide increases, the distribution of boro-carbide becomes more uniform , and primary austenite grain is refined.
