载荷对AuNi9/金镀层摩擦副摩擦磨损性能的影响

摘 要: 对不同载荷条件下AuNi9/金镀层摩擦副的摩擦磨损行为进行研究,观察并分析磨损表面和磨屑的形貌。结果表明:在0.2 N条件下摩擦因数为0.8,0.4 N条件下摩擦因数从初始的0.6经12 km的滑动距离后降低至0.3。低载荷条件下,金镀层主要发生粘着磨损,经20 km距离的测试镀层未出现严重的磨损;高载荷条件下,金镀层的主要磨损机制为磨粒磨损,镀层磨损表面发生严重的塑性变形和产生较深的犁沟,磨损严重。AuNi9/金镀层摩擦副以金镀层的磨损为主,AuNi9合金丝磨损为辅,低载荷条件下,AuNi9合金丝和金镀层均发生适度的磨损,摩擦副具有长的使用寿命。

Effect of load on friction and wear behavior of AuNi9/Au coating tribo-couple

Abstract:The friction and wear behavior of AuNi9/Au coating tribo-couple under different loads was investigated, and the characteristics of worn surface and wear debris were also observed and analyzed. The results show that the friction coefficient at the load of 0.2 N is 0.8 and the friction coefficient at the load of 0.4 N decreases from 0.6 to 0.3 after 12 km sliding distance. Under low load condition, the sliding wear of Au coating mainly occurs by adhesive wear, and the degree of coating wear is limited when the sliding wear test of 20 km is conducted. Under high load condition, the dominant wear mechanism of Au coating is abrasive wear, and the severe plastic deformation and deep grooves are observed in the worn surface of the coating. The wear degree of Au coating is more severe than that of AuNi9 alloy fiber. The wear of AuNi9 alloy fiber and Au coating is acceptable at low load, and the tribo-couple can operate for extended periods of time.
