镨和氮共掺杂纳米TiO2光催化剂的制备与性能

摘 要: 采用溶胶−凝胶法结合微波化学法制备高活性可见光响应型镨(Pr)和氮(N)共掺杂纳米TiO2光催化剂(Pr-N-TiO2)。通过XRD、FT-IR、UV-Vis和TEM等手段对Pr-N-TiO2光催化剂样品进行表征和分析,并以亚甲基蓝(MB)作为目标降解物,考察Pr-N-TiO2光催化剂对MB的光催化降解效果。结果表明:Pr和N共掺杂TiO2能有效地抑制TiO2的晶粒生长,共掺杂离子之间的协同作用使得Pr-N-TiO2光催化剂的光谱吸收阈值波长发生红移,荧光光谱强度明显降低,光催化活性显著提高;在日光灯下,6 h内,Pr-N-TiO2光催化剂对MB的光催化降解率达92.81%,明显优于Degussa P25的(45.01%)。

Preparation and properties of praseodymium and
nitrogen co-doped nano-titanium dioxide photocatalyst

Abstract:The powders of high efficient visible-light-induced nano-TiO2 co-doped with praseodymium and nitrogen (Pr-N-TiO2) were prepared by sol-gel and microwave chemical methods. The samples were characterized by X-ray diffractometry (XRD), FT-IR, UV-Vis and TEM, respectively. The photocatalytic activity of samples was investigated by measuring the degradation rate of methyl blue (MB) under the irradiation of fluorescent lamp. The results indicate that Pr and N co-doping efficiently restrains the growth of TiO2 crystalline size. The adsorption edge of visible light is red shifted, the phosphorescence fluorescence (PL) spectra intensity of sample is evidently depressed, and the photocatalytic activity of the sample greatly increases, because of the synergic effect of the co-doping ions. The degradation rate of MB by Pr-N-TiO2 photocalatyst in 6 h is 92.81%, which is much higher than that of Degussa P25 (45.01%).
