TC4钛合金表面WC基耐磨涂层制备

摘 要: 采用等离子喷涂的方法在TC4钛合金表面制备适用于太阳翼铰链结构的WC基耐磨涂层,对影响涂层性能的关键工艺参数进行分析。结果表明:所制备的涂层孔隙率小于5%,显微硬度(HV0.3)为880.2,WC颗粒含量大于45%(质量分数),与TC4基体的结合强度为61.0 MPa,涂层表面粗糙度Rz为30.6 μm;主气流量、喷涂功率和喷涂距离对涂层性能影响较显著。

Preparation of WC coatings for TC4

Abstract:WC coatings were deposited on TC4 by plasma spray technology for solar wing hinge. The plasma spray process was studied. The results show that porosity of the coating is less than 5%, micro-hardness (HV0.3) is 880.2, the content of WC particles in the coatings is more than 45% (mass fraction), and the bonding strength of the coatings on TC4 is 61.0 MPa, the roughness (Rz) of the coating is 30.6 μm. The main gas flow, plasma energy and spray distance are the key parameters.
