摘 要: 通过对钛合金厚板焊缝常用的应力测试方法进行对比分析,建立适合钛合金窄间隙焊接试板的三维应力测试方法——逐层对称剥削盲孔法,该方法克服窄间隙对接焊缝三维应力分布区间窄小、应力变化梯度大、应力测试操作难的技术难题,实现钛合金厚板的三维应力测试,得出钛合金厚板焊接接头的三维残余应力分布规律。

Abstract:The normal method of testing stress was employed to contrast and analysis the welding joints in titanium-alloy thick plate. A new measure about testing three dimensional stress was innovated which was suitable to narrow-gap welding in titanium, that is curing blind holes layer by layer and symmetrically. The method overcomes the disadvantages about which the three dimensional stress distributed areas are strait, the variation of stress gradients is big, and the control of testing stress is difficult. Therefore, the testing of three dimensional residual stresses in titanium heavy plates is realized and the regularities of distribution of weld joints in titanium heavy plates can be gained.
