摘 要: 通过对TC4纵向高倍组织进行分析,研究轧制加工率、热处理方法对TC4棒材纵向组织的影响。结果表明:高的热处理温度可以细化纵向晶粒,但有限度;大的加工率可以细化晶粒,得到细的纵向高倍组织的棒材,满足国外用户的要求;坯料预热处理和合理轧制工艺可以得到细的纵向高倍组织。确定了纵向细晶组织棒材的工艺路线及参数,得到了组织、退火性能满足GB/T13810—2007,固溶时效性能满足GJB2219—1994要求的棒材。

Abstract:The influence of rolling methods and heat treatment on Ti-6Al-4V alloy’s longitudinal microstructure and grain size were investigated. The results show that high temperature’s heat treatment can limitedly fine the longitudinal grain; bigger processing rate can also fine the grain. The microstructure and the annealed mechanical properties obtained can meet the standard of GB/T13810—2007 and the mechanical properties of STA condition meet the standard of GJB2219—94 and US clients’ requirements.
